- 3 apples
- 1 jar Smuckers SF orange marmalade
- 1/2 cup Splenda
- 2 t. cinnamon

- 1 cup oats, quick or regular
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Strawberry Cheesecake Shake

- 1 1/2 cups frozen unsweetened red raspberries
- 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 t. baking powder
- 1/2 t. cinnamon
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 T. butter, melted
- 1 t. vanilla
- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted (optional)
Blackberry Parfait Martinis

Coat a skillet with cooking spray; add cashews and stir over medium heat for 2 minutes
- 1/4 cup crushed cashews
- 2 cups low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup diced strawberries or tropical fruit
- 2 cups blackberries, raspberries or blueberries
