  • Add any or all of the following (chopped with the Nicer Dicer) to the cucumbers, mangos, and onions:
  • English cucumbers
  • mangos
  • red onions
  • jicama
  • daikon
  • chayote squash
  • apples (red and green - core but do not peel)
  • pears
  • Dressing
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 T mustard (Creole, if available)
  • 1 T oil
  • 2 T sugar
  • 2 T white wine vinegar
  • 1 T parsley
  • 1 T basil
  • hot sauce - to taste
