Chicken Cordon Bleu

1. Pound chicken breasts if they are too thick
- 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 6 slices Swiss cheese
- 6 slices ham
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Method: In a large bowl, combine 1-1/2 cups flour, yeast, sugar, salt and nutmeg; mix well
- 4 to 4-1/2 cups flour

Slow Cooker Cowboy Chicken

Arrange chicken pieces in the bottom of a lightly sprayed slow cooker
- 3 pounds of chicken - chicken thighs work perfectly, or use breasts or both.
- 1 1/2 cups fresh salsa (see Note)
- 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 3 teaspoons honey
- 3 teaspoons Dijon-style mustard
- 1 (14-ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
Pressure Cooker Scalloped Potatoes
