- 2 cups coarsely grated sharp cheddar cheese (6oz)

- 3 large egg yolks

1 Heat oven to 350°F. Cut cookie dough into 1/2-inch slices
- 1 roll (16.5 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated chocolate chip cookies
- 1 cup English toffee baking bits or toffee chips
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 package (3 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 egg
- 2/3 cup butterscotch chips, melted
- 1/2 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips

- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 c canned or cooked and mashed pumpkin\
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp white chocolate liqueur
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp all spice
- 1/4 tsp salt
