Banana Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

- Frosting:
- 1 1/2 cups bananas, mashed and ripe
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 3 c flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 c butter, soften
- 2 1/8 c sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 c buttermilk ( 1c milk to 1 tbsp acid)
- 1/2 c butter, soften
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 1/2 c icing sugar
Honey Dijon Mustard Pork Loin

Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 (3 to 4-pound) boneless pork loin
- Salt and freshly cracked black pepper
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar

Preheat oven to 350 Cheesecake- in a lg bowl using mixer beat cream cheese until smooth
- Cake:
- 3- 8 oz blocks cream cheese softened
- 1- 15 oz can pumpkin purée
- 4 large eggs
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1/2 c light brown sugar
- 1/4 c sour cream
- 2 tsp pure vanilla
- 2 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- Crust
- 24 whole Oreos
- 6 tbsp melted butter
- Toppipng
- 1/4 c 1/4c semisweet chocolate chips, melted
- 1/4 c 1/4c caramel
- Whipped cream or cool whip
