Maple Bacon Potato Quiche

1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- 1 pie crust
- 1 cup bacon, chopped
- 1 cup leeks, sliced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 cups hash browns, divided
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 10 slices bacon
- 1/4 cup maple syrup

Cook bacon in 2-quart saucepan over medium high heat, stirring occasionally, until crisp, about 4 minutes
- 2 slices thick-cut bacon , cut into thin strips
- 1 cup finely chopped yellow onion
