Bisquick® Banana Nut Bread

1 Heat oven to 350ºF. Grease bottom of 9x5x3-inch loaf pan
- 1 1/3 cups mashed very ripe bananas (2 large)
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 2 2/3 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Marinated Tomatoes

Combine everything except the tomatoes and whisk together in a large bowl
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- freshly ground pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 10 basil leaves, sliced very thinly
- 1/8 teaspoon ground thyme
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 pounds bite size tomatoes, halved, I used campari, cherry, grape and sunburst tomatoes
Creamy Chicken Pot Pie

Directions: Preheat the oven to 400°F
- Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup diced potato
- 1/2 cup half and half plus 1 Tbsp.
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 cup diced carrot
- 2 cups cooked and chopped chicken pieces
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 2 (17-1/4 oz.) package frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 cup chicken broth

Alton Brown's Buffalo Wings

- 12 whole chicken wings (about 3 pounds)
- 3 ounces (6 tablespoons) unsalted butter
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- Kosher salt
- change the way the way the recipe says to cook them-I just bake them in the oven on parchment paper turning occasionally until they are golden and crispy. I also add a bit more hot sauce and cayenne as we like them Hot!!
