  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 2 T green onions, sliced thinly
  • 1/4 t red pepper flakes (or more if you like it hot)
  • 2 T cornstarch
  • 2 T cold water
  • 5 chicken breast halves, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c flour
  • 1 T cornstarch
  • 2 t seasoning salt
  • oil for frying (I used canola)
  • sliced green onions, for serving
