- to 350 12°C 350 degrees F and grease a 12°C muffin pan.
- Combine Flour, B. Powder, B. Soda, salt and cocoa in a medium size mixing bowl and set aside.
- 12 3/4 12 cup muffin pan and fill each muffin cup 3/4 full.
- 20 cupcakes for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
