Easy Mexican Casserole

Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 can Ranch Style beans
- 1 10-12 ounce bag tortilla chips, crushed (I didn't use the whole bag)
- 1 can Ro-tel tomatoes
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup water
- sour cream and salsa for serving
Ciabatta Three Way

Directions 1) To make the starter: Mix the starter ingredients in a small bowl until well combined

HEAT oven to 350°F. Coat 13 x 9-inch baking pan with no-stick cooking spray
- Crisco® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 3/4 cup butter
- 8 (1 oz.) squares semi-sweet chocolate

- 1/2 cup (2 ounces) pumpernickel
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons caraway seeds
- 2 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast
- 3 tablespoons (1 ounce) Lora Brody Dough Relaxer*
- 3 tablespoons (1 ounce) potato flour OR 1/4 cup dried potato flakes
