- 1/2 cup frozen blackberries or blueberries

CHIPOTLE MAYONNAISE {barefoot contessa}

Mix mayonnaise, lime juice, cilantro and chipotle chili puree together in a medium bowl, add salt and mix again
- 1.5 cups mayonnaise {12oz}
- 1.5 tablespoons fresh lime juice {1.5oz}
- 1.5 tablespoons chopped cilantro leaves
- 2.5 tablespoons chipotle chili puree
- 1 Pinch kosher salt
WATERMELON PICO DE GALLO

Throw jalapenos, lime juice, cilantro, bell peppers, red onions and watermelon into a large bowl and toss together
- 2 jalapenos, seeded, finely diced
- 1-2 limes, juice of
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, finely diced
- 1 red bell pepper, finely diced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, finely diced
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1/2 small seedless watermelon, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Tortilla chips, for serving, optional

- 3-5 lbs. chicken wings
- 1 teaspoon ginger

- 1 clove garlic, minced into a paste
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, defrost, wrung dry
- 1 can artichoke hearts in water, diced
- 1/2 small red onion, fine dice
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
