- 3/4 cup fat-free sour cream {6.25oz}
- 3 scallions, minced
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel

- 3 c. shredded cooked chicken breast

Prepare grill for med-heat
- 4 ears corn, husked
- 1 large shallot, thinly sliced into rings
- 1/2 red chile {Holland or Fresno}, with seeds, thinly sliced into rings
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 4 tablespoons canola oil, divided
- 2 oz. fresh Cotija cheese or queso fresco, crumbled
- 1/4 cup cilantro leaves with tender stems
HALLE BERRIES SMOOTHIE

- 2 Tbsp. chopped basil or 1.5 tsp. dried
