Place potatoes and sweet potatoes in a large saucepan and add enough water to cover
- 1 pound(s) Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 1/2-inch chunks
- 1 pound(s) sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 1/2-inch chunks
- 1/2 cup(s) low-fat milk
- 2 tablespoon(s) butter
- 1 teaspoon(s) brown sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) freshly ground pepper
Maple Sweet Potato Fries

- 1 sheet puff pastry, store bought
- 2 cups store bought vanilla bean ice cream
East Company Chicken Casserole

Butter or spray with cooking spray a large oblong baking dish, then line the dish with smoked beef
- 8 boneless chicken breast halves (I only used 5, but kept the other ingredients the same)
- 1 (2-1/2) oz. package smoked beef (or jar of smoked beef)
- Cracked black pepper, garlic salt and onion salt to taste
- 8 slices uncooked bacon
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 8 oz. carton sour cream
- Fresh parsley (I used dried)
- Freshly ground pepper
