Lime Broiled Catfish

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 catfish fillets (6-ounces each)

Preparation
Step 1
Melt margarine in a saucepan. Stir in lime juice, pepper and garlic powder; mix well. Remove from the heat and set aside.
Place fillets in a shallow baking dish. Brush each generously with lime sauce. Broil for 5 to 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Transfer to a warm serving dish; spoon pan juices over each fillet.
Makes 2 servings.
