NO BAKE TRIPLE LAYER PUMPKIN PIE

I changed the recipe to include pumpkin pie spice instead of cloves and ginger, which are very strong
- 1 8oz pkg. Philadelphia Cream Cheese softened
- 1 cup plus 2 Tbsp. cold half and half (can use milk if desired)
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 5 cups thawed Cool Whip topping
- 1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust
- 2 pkgs (4-serving size) Jell-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
- 1 can (16oz) pumpkin (I use E.D. Smith Brand) some brands are too runny!
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
Cabbage/Potato and German Sausage Soup

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 head cabbage, cored and chopped
- 4 potatoes, cubed
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 large carrot, pealed and chopped finely
- 1 lb German Sausage, sliced (Recommend Kielbasi, or for a little milder taste Dietz and Watson Bratwurst) Sliced in 1/4 inch slices)
- 2 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 stick butter, sliced into pats
- 4 cups chicken stock

Can make pie crust: 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, cold and cut into cubes
- For Pie Crust:
- 8 8 package 8 oz package cream cheese
- 1 1 about 1 lb sausage (I like Jimmy Dean regular)
- 1 1 1 package of crescent rolls (can use pie crust-see below)

- 2 yellow onions
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 cup onions, diced finely
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup mushrooms, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. spicy ketchup
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Biscuits And Milk Gravy

Fry up a pound of sausage first and use the grease and a little butter to make the gravy

- 2 Tablespoon granulated sugar

- 1/2 cup butter, at room temperature (or shortening)

- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk warm
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
