- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 (14-ounce) package beef smoked sausage, cut into bite-size slices
- 1 1/2 onion, sliced into thin semi-circles
- 1/2 head small cabbage, halved again, cored and thinly sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
- 1/4 teaspoon ground caraway seeds
- Pinch salt
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

Lisa's King's Hawaiian Roll Sausage Breakfast Casserole

Brown the sausage and drain
- 1 roll of sausage of your choice (Jimmy Dean for me)
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup chopped sweet peppers
- 2 TBSP butter
- 1/2 cup pico de gallo
- 1 package King's Hawaiian Rolls, savory not sweet
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese
Chicken and Broccoli Stir Fry

Spray 12-inch nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat
- 2 cups broccoli flowerets
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped or grated ginger (can use 1 tsp)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons sugar
Princess Pie (Coconut Cream Pie)

- LAYER ONE CRUST:
- 1 c flour
- 1/2 c butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1/2 c chopped pecans (optional)
- LAYER 2:
- 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 c powdered sugar
- 1 c whipped topping (buy a tub, you will need rest of it for top)
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1 tsp vanilla
- LAYER 3:
- 1 pkg coconut cream instant pudding (small)
- 1 1/2 c cold milk (whole milk makes it creamier)
- 1 cup coconut lightly toasted in the oven first

- 1 (16-ounce) loaf day old French bread
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup half & half
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar, packed
- 1 cup pecans, chopped

- 4 pkg any kind kielbasa sausage(cut in bite size chunks), chicken chunks, beef chunks, etc
- 2 can(s) dole pineapple chunks (it matters), reserve 1/2 cup juice
- 2 onions, any kind, cut in bite size chunks
- 3 bell peppers, any kind, cut in bite size chunks
- 1 (16 oz.) box whole mushrooms, cut in half from top, down through stem
- 3/4 c brown sugar
- 1 c soy sauce
- California style garlic seasoning with parsley
- Montreal steak seasoning
- 30 short or long wooden skewers
PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE PIE

Makes one 9 inch pie. Old-fashioned pumpkin pie and cheesecake layered atop a flaky crust
- Cheesecake Layer:
- Pie Crust: (or buy one)
- 1 + 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup (4 tablespoons) cold butter, cut into small cubes
- 1/4 cup (4 tablespoons) cold vegetable shortening
- 3 to 5 tablespoons ice water
- 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1 egg yolk (include with other egg)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (I like almond in my cheesecake mixture)
- Pumpkin Layer:
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1 15-ounce can pumpkin or 1 3/4 cups pumpkin puree
- 1 cup light cream or evaporated milk
- 3 large eggs, lightly beaten

- 1 (20 ounce) package Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns
- 1 lb. Italian sausage (casings removed), browned and drained (You could use a pound of already cooked Jimmy Dean sausage (regular) for a more breakfast flavor. Some of my family are not that fond of Italian sausage.)
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese You could use provolone or Swiss cheese or any cheese you like
- 12 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- On the side 1 medium size mild salsa Great with a dollop on top.
