A simple recipe for Dijon Pork Chops & Potatoes
- OPTIONAL THICKENING:
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted (you could also use cream of chicken soup.)

- 1 pound thin spaghetti, broken into thirds
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, chopped in half
- 2 medium zucchini, diced
- 1 large cucumber, diced
- 1 medium green bell pepper, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 medium red onion, diced
- 2 cans (2-1/4 ounces each) sliced ripe olives, drained (optional)
- 1 bottle (16 ounces) Italian salad dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

FRUIT PIZZA

- For the Cookie:
- 3 1/4 3 1/4 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 6 6 6 oz butter, at room temperature
- 11/2 11/2 11/2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 2 2 tbsp lemon zest (packed)
- 2 2 2 eggs, at room temperature
- 2 2 2 tbsp cream
- 2 2 2 tsp lemon extract
- For the Frosting:
- 8 8 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/3 1/3 1/3 cup firm strawberry jam, at room temperature
- 1-1 1/2 1-1 1/2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- to 350 15-19 to the baking sheet, and bake it at 350 F for 15-19 minutes, until it takes on a light golden color and is puffed and set in the middle. Let it cool completely at room temperature. The cookie can be baked several days in advance.
- Make the Frosting:

- to the frosting in a thin, even layer over the surface of the cookie, leaving a small margin around the edges. Layer the fresh fruit over the frosting in the pattern of your choosing—don’t’ be afraid to play with colors and shapes!

- 1/2 cup General Tso's sauce
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1 Tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
- 2 (3-oz) packs oriental-flavor ramen noodles

- 1/2 cup chopped scallions
- 1 medium red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
