- 1 cup white flour
- 3 tablespoons white sugar
- 2 1⁄4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 ⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 2 1⁄2 tablespoons margarine
- 3 ⁄4 cup water
- 1 eggs or 2 tablespoons water
Blueberry Cream Cheese French Toast Roll Up

You could use blackberries, strawberries, chopped canned peaches, just about any fruit
- 1/2 cup of blueberries
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup of confection sugar
- 2 eggs
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 4 slices of bread
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 tbs butter
Crock Pot Ham, Green Beans and Potatoes

- 1 C. raspberries or strawberries

- 1 (30-ounce) bag Ore-Ida Shredded Hash Brown Potatoes, thawed completely
- 1 (14-ounce) bag broccoli florets, thawed completely
- 1/2 pound good quality deli ham, chopped small
- 1/2 large red pepper, chopped small
- 1/2 large onion, chopped small
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 2 cups Pepper Jack cheese, shredded, divided
- 2 cups Sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded, divided
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 12 eggs
- 1 1/4 cup 2 % fat or higher milk
- 1 1/4 cups sour cream
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

- 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 4 cups freshly grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 6-8 large slices provolone cheese*

- 1 - 1 1/2 about 1 - 1 1/2 lbs cooked, frozen meatballs
- 2 cups water
- 1 tsp Vegeta Seasoning or 1/2 tsp salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp prepared mustard
- 1 egg yolk
- 3 tbsp capers (optional)

- Ingredients for Meatballs:
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 lb. lean ground pork
- 2 eggs
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- Return meatballs to sauce and return to heat if needed (do not bring to boil if you added sour cream.)
- Serves 4.
