These bite-size quiches are loaded with sausage and cheese, plus their crescent roll bases make preparation a snap
- 1/2 pound Johnsonville® Mild Ground Italian Sausage (I'd try half hot and half sage for my taste)
- 2 tablespoons dried minced onion
- 2 tablespoons minced chives
- 1 tube (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent rolls
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 cup (8 ounces) 4% cottage cheese or ricotta
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Paprika
Oat Bran Muffins

Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- 2 1/4 cups oat bran
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 3/4 cup fat-free milk
- 1/4 cup egg substitute (equal to 1 egg)
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 medium banana, mashed
- 2 tablespoons dried fruit such as raisins, dates, apricots (optional)
