- 2/3 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup rice
- 1 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper or 1/4 cup pimiento, chopped

- 2 1/4 cups water
- 1/2 cup peas

- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine

Eggnog Cream Sandwich Cookies

Combine butter and sugar in a medium bowl
- Ingredients:
- 3/4 cups (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg yolk
- 2 tablespoons rum or brandy
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon finely ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- Eggnog Buttercream
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 3 large egg whites
- 2 sticks unsalted butter, cut into pieces
- 1 teaspoon brandy
- 1 teaspoon rum
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Marmalade Cream Cheese Coffee Cake

1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray a bundt pan with Pam
- THE DOUGH
- Pam
- 3 canned buttermilk biscuits (not Grands)
- THE FILLING
- 6 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/4 c orange marmalade
- THE COATING
- 4 Tbsp butter or magarine
- 1/2 c orange marmalade
- 1 c sugar
- THE GLAZE
- 1 c powdered sugar
- 3 Tbsp orange juice
- the leftover marmalade and butter
No Bake Cookies - Peanut Butter Free

1. Bring first four ingredients to a boil and cook 1 minute
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups quick oats
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
Grilled Cheese Pull-Aparts

Melt the Butter and pour about half of it into the cake pan Cut the Velveeta into approx
- 2-7.5 oz. Container of Pillsbury Buttermilk Biscuits (10 ct.)
- 1/2 cup melted Butter
- Velveeta Cheese…approx 3/4 of an entire box. (you will need a 1-2″ cube to stuff into each Roll)
- Optional -
- dunk each roll into 1/3 c melted butter and then lightly coat with Progresso Garlic & herb Bread crumbs.
- When done ser with warm progresso tomato basil soup

Place the fruit in a large vat
- 2 cups pineapple chunks
- 2 Granny Smith apples, cored and cut into cubes
- 2 unpeeled lemons, thinly sliced
- 2 unpeeled limes, thinly sliced
- 1 cup green seedless grapes
- 1 cup red seedless grapes
- 1 small unpeeled orange, thinly sliced
- 1.5 liter red wine, such as cabernet sauvignon, merlot or pinot noir, chilled
- 1.5 liter dry white wine, such as chardonnay, sauvignon blanc or pinot grigio, chilled
- 1 cup orange or citrus flavored rum
- 1 cup orange or citrus flavored vodka
- 1 cup sugar
- Ice, for serving
