- 1/2 t salt
- 1 1/2 t baking powder
- 1/2 t baking soda
- 1 c sugar
- 1 egg well beaten
- 2 T melted butter
- 2 T hot water
- 1/2 c oj
- 1/4 c grated orange rind
- 1 c fresh or dried cranberries
- 1/2 c chopped walnuts or pecans
