- 2 boneless pork chops (about 3/4 pound)

- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 onion, chopped

- 1 chipotle chile in adobo sauce, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro, plus leaves for garnish

Blend Soup Mix, soy sauce, lemon juice, oil and honey in large resealable plastic bag; set aside
- 1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix

- 1 heaping cup of graham cracker crumbs
- 3 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- for the cheesecake layer:
- 8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon lemon or orange zest
- for the blueberry layer:
