Cinnamon Pizza Stick Twists

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper
- Icing:
- 1 prepared pizza dough (store bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 2 -3 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 4 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Grilled Cheese

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F
- 12 slices thick-cut bacon, such as Nodine's applewood smoked
- 1 cup good mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 white pullman loaf or sourdough bread, sliced 1/2 inch thick (12 slices)
- 6 tablespoons salted butter, at room temperature
- 6 ounces aged gruyere or comte cheese
- 6 ounces extra-sharp cheddar, such as Cabot or Shelburne Farms
Pasta: Cavatelli with Broccoli

Cook broccoli and drain (reserve 1 cup water)
- 1 lb. cavatelli, cooked al dente (can use shells or rigatoni)
- 4 cloves garlic
- 4 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 can chicken broth
- 1 bunch broccoli florets
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- Dash red pepper
Bolognese Sauce (Slow-Cooker)

You don’t have to cook all day to create a high-quality version of this classic Italian sauce
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped (1/2 cup)
- 1 stalk celery, finely chopped (1/2 cup)
- 1 carrot, finely chopped (3/4 cup)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1 cup milk
- 1 6-ounce can tomato paste
- 6 14-ounce cans diced tomatoes
- 4 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Long pasta (such as pappardelle), for serving

Preparation Bring 6 cups of water to a boil; add 1 tablespoon of salt
- 2 cups dry, small elbow macaroni
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 12-ounce can evaporated milk
- 2 to 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- Pepper
- 1/2 pound cubed Velveeta
- 1/3 pound feather shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/3 pound feather shredded Colby Jack
- 4 tablespoons whole milk

Heather's Christmas Lasagna

In a Dutch oven, cook sausage, ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until well browned
- 1 pound sweet Italian sausage
- 3/4 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup minced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
- 2 (6 ounce) cans tomato paste
- 2 (6.5 ounce) cans canned tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- TIP! To enhance the flavor of your dish, use Swanson® Chicken Broth in place of water
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon salt

- 4 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

- 16 ounces ricotta cheese (I would add more)
- 1 egg (increase if using more ricotta)
