- 1- 16 oz refrigerated fres pizza crust dough
- 2 plum tomoatoes cut into slices
- 6 oz. shredded part skim mozzarella cheese
- 2 oz grated fresh romano cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- roasted red peppers
- Basil
- Oregano
- 1/2 cup tomato basil spaghetti sauce
Chocolate Souffles with Hazelnut Cream

Preheat oven to 375F. Butter the inside of 6 ramekins that hold about 1/2 cup each
- FOR SOUFFLÉS:
- 1 tsp unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 5 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 100g pkg good quality 70% dark chocolate, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup 35% cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 eggs, separated
- 3 egg whites
- FOR HAZELNUT CREAM:
- 1/2 cup 35% cream
- 2 tbsp hazelnut liqueur

I’ve taken what my grandmother taught me and made it my own
- 2 lbs boneless rib-eye steaks, cut 1/2 inch thick
- 2 Tbsp table salt, for brine
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- 4 cups self-rising flour, such as White Lily (see Tyler's tip here)
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 Tbsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp fresh black pepper
- 1 scallion, green part only, chopped

Make the Muffins Position a rack in the center of the oven and heat the oven to 400°F

- Nonstick cooking spray
- 10-1/2 oz. (2-1/3 cups) all-purpose flour
