- 1 pkg. (8 ozs) cream cheese cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 3/4 cup firm butter, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1-2 Tbsp. ice water
- 1 can (21 ozs) Apple pie filling or topping (or fruit of your choice)
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 tbsp. Milk

- 3/4 cups warm water (105F – 115F)
- 2-1/2 to 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted (optional for brushing onto baked rolls)
