Shrimp Louis Pasta Salad

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain
- 3 cups spiral shaped pasta, uncooked
- 1 cup mayonnaise (I use less)
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/3 cup seafood cocktail sauce
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper
- 1 lb medium cooked shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh tomato
- 1/2 cup sliced green onion
- 1/4 cup chopped sweet red pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Savory Spinach Spread

Cook frozen spinach, drain well and press out excess liquid
- 1 10 oz pkg Frozen spinach cooked & drained
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1 Tbsp. Oil
- 2 tsp. Bottled roasted garlic
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- Hot Pepper Sauce
- 11 oz pkg. Cream Cheese

Tomato based vegetable soup
- 2 cans beef broth
- 1 lb. lean hamburger - cooked & drained
- 2 26 oz. cans Tomato Sauce
- 2 26 oz. cans petite diced tomatoes
- 1 large onion - diced/sliced
- 1-2 pkgs frozen mixed vegetables OR 2 14 oz. cans Veg-All mixed vegetables
- 2 14 oz cans or frozen white corn (to taste)
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked ziti noodles (cook before adding to soup)
- 1 14 oz can Navy beans
- water (4-8 cups as desired - more can be added later if nec.)
- Salt & peppter to taste
