This recipe does not call for a cookie bottom crust
- 1 lb. soft cream cheese
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 stick butter - unsalted - melted and cooled
- 3 Tbsp all purpose flour
- 2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 lb. ricotta cheese
- 4 large eggs (room temp)
- 3 Tbsp corn starch

- 2 cans Condensed Golden Mushroom Soup
- 1 largish onion diced
- 2-3 -4 tabls of Worcestershire
- 1/2 cup water (I used red wine instead)
