Oatmeal-Apple Breakfast - Slow cooker

Slow cooker on low. Place all ingredients in slow cooker previous night
- Place 2 sliced apples, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, pinch salt in the bottom of the crock pot.
- Pour in 2 cups of oatmeal, 2 cups of milk and 2 cups water.
- Do NOT stir.
- Cook overnight for 8 - 9 hours on low
Chicken Cacciatore - Crockpot Style

To your slow cooker, add whole chicken breasts, bell peppers, onion, celery, carrot, mushrooms and garlic
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (14.5 oz.) can diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 3 Tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 Tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water or chicken broth
- Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
- Hot cooked pasta, egg noodles or rice, for serving

Chicken Marsala

In a shallow dish or bowl, mix together flour, salt, oregano and pepper
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/4 tdsp. ground black pepper
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, pounded to 1/4 inch thick
- 4 Tbsp. oolive oil
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms

- 1/2 pound ground Italian pork or turkey sausage
- 4 ounces frozen chopped broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
