- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon vegetable or canola oil
- 1 pound raw shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 1/2 cup each, chopped onion, celery
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper (can use red, green or yellow or a combo)
- 1/4 pound andouille or smoked sausage - MILD, coarsely chopped
- 1 (10-3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10-3/4 ounce) can cheddar cheese soup (or Cream of Shrimp soup)
- 1/2 cup of sliced green onion
- 2-3/4 cups of cooked rice
- Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- olive oil flavored cooking spray
- 1/3 cup finely chopped white onion ( mild in flavor)

- 3 tablespoons dried basil, divided

- 5 quarts Boiling water
- 12 oz Spaghetti
- 1 medium Onion Chopped
- 1/4 cup Margarine
- 1/4 cup Flour
- 1/4 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon Pepper
- 1/2 cup Dry Vermouth or Chicken Broth
- 3/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 lb fresh Mushrooms (or 1 4 oz can drained)
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 3 cups Cooked chicken pieces
Meringue Swirl Cookies (No Sugar)

In place of rice syrup you can use Splenda
- Variations:
- 3 egg whites
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/2 teaspoon organic, alcohol-free vanilla extract (or almond, coffee, or lemon extract)
- 2 teaspoons rice syrup*
- Coconut: Fold in 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut and substitute vanilla extract with 1/2 teaspoon of alcohol-free coconut extract.
- Walnut: Fold in 1/2 cup of finely chopped walnuts and substitute vanilla extract with 1/2 teaspoon of walnut oil.
- Orange: Add 1 tablespoon orange rind and substitute vanilla extract with 1/2 teaspoon of alcohol-free orange extract.
- Sesame: Fold in 1 tablespoon tahini* and sprinkle sesame seeds on top of each meringue before baking.
- Mocha: Fold in 1 tablespoon carob powder* and replace vanilla extract with 1/2 teaspoon coffee extract.
