Chicken Musroom Stroganoff

Flatten chicken to an even thickness, between 2 pieces of plastic wrap
- 4 (4 or 5 oz) boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 (14.5 oz) can fat free chicken broth
- 1/2 cup onion - chopped
- 2 Tbs. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/8 tsp. white pepper
- 1 clove garlic - minced
- 1 (8 oz) pkg fresh sliced mushrooms
- 2/3 cup low fat sour cream
Conch Chowder - Large Pot

Grind raw conch with lemon juice
- 6-10 Conchs, peeled, clean & ground w/lemon juice
- 1/2 lb. Bacon or 1 ham bone with meat on it
- 2 Onions - quartered
- 1 Green pepper sans seeds & core diced
- 6-8 Celery Ribs
- 2-4 Bay leaves
- 4 Tbsp tsp. Thyme or to taste
- 1 Tbsp. Salt
- 1 16 oz can Petite Diced Tomatoes
- 1 6 oz can Tomato paste
- 3 Potatoes - medium -diced
- 2-4 carrots sliced
- 1 green pepper chopped
- Tabasco sauce to taste.
Cream Cheese Pound Cake

Beat butter and cream cheese at medium speed with an electric mixer 2 minutes or until creamy
- 1 1/2 cups butter, softened
- 1 8 oz packageCream cheese, softened
- 3 cups sugar
- 6 large eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/8 tsp salt
- Glaze-
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 TBS milk, to consistency
- Mix together till desired consistency is reached, but should be thin. Add more milk one teaspoon at a time to get the thinness you want. Drizzle over cooled cake.
Salmon Loaf

- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 2 Eggs - separated
- 1/2 cup Seasoned bread crumbs

- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
- 3 Tbsp. finely shredded unsweetened coconut

Granola - Raspberry Granola Bars

Preheat oven to 350 Butter an 8-inch square baking pan and line the bottom and sides with parchment paper
- 1 cup pecans - coarsely chopped
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 cups old fashioned rolled oats (not instant)
- 1/3 cups granulated sugar
- 1/3 cups packed dark brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt (kosher)
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup raspberry preserves
Sausage & Gnocchi

- 1 regular container Cool Whip
- 1 pkg mini marshmallows
- 1 large can of fruit cocktail (drained) (with heavy syrup)
