Seared Rosemary Pork Chops

1 Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
- 1 Tbsp bacon fat or coconut oil
- 8 pork chops
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 1/2 tsp dried rosemary, ground
- ground black pepper to taste
Spinach Lentil Soup

Rinse lentils and set aside saute onion in lg stockpot stir in lentils, tomatoes, broth, worcestershire sauce, salt
- 1 cup dry lentils
- 1 medium onion
- 4 cups broth/stock/water
- 1 8oz can tomatoes
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- bay leaf
- 2 carrots
- 10 oz frozen spinach
- 1 tsp vinegar
Fowl Balls with Avocado Dipping Sauce

Trim the top off the yellow pepper, remove the seeds and slice the pepper in half
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 1/2 cups onion, minced
- 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
- sea salt, to taste
- ground black pepper, to taste
- dried rosemary, to taste (optional)
- 1 avocado, halved and pit removed
- 1 cup spinach, packed
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 inch chunk fresh ginger
- 1 1/2 teaspoons stoneground mustard, (I used LocalFolks Food Stone-Ground Express Mustard)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Cauliflower Crust Pizza

Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper
- Toppings:
- cauliflower - 1 medium head (about 2 pounds), trimmed and cut into large pieces
- almond flour - 2 Tbsp
- pastured eggs - 2, slightly beaten
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- dried oregano - 1 tsp
- sea salt - 1/2 tsp
- bulk Italian sausage - 1/2 pound, cooked
- green pepper - 1/2 large, thinly sliced
- medium yellow onion - 1/4, thinly sliced
- prepared pesto - about 3 Tbsp

1) Preheat oven to 350F. 2) Line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper, leaving flaps overhanging the ends
- 1 cup Fine Almond Flour
- 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 cup Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips
- 1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 9 Medjool dates, pits removed, soaked 1 hour
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup coconut oil, softened or melted

Crockpot Cuban Pork Lettuce Wraps

- 1 head of butter lettuce, washed
- 2 lb pork shoulder roast (or roast of your choice)
- 1 yellow onion, sliced
- 6 cloves of garlic, peeled
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 orange, juiced and zested
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 head of purple cabbage, sliced to thickness preference
- 5-6 dill pickles, sliced lengthwise
- 5-6 tablespoons yellow mustard (the kind you put on burgers, not the powder)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
- salt and pepper, to taste

1 Halve the avocado and remove the pit
- 1 avocado
- 1 medium-large green-tipped banana
- 1/4 c Tbsp coconut or almond milk
- 4 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp real vanilla extract
- Optional: a pinch of celtic sea salt, a dash of cinnamon, 1 Tbsp cacao nibs (as garnish, do not put in food processor)
