  • 3 celery ribs, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 2 (10 3/4-oz.) cans cream of shrimp soup, undiluted*
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 cup fine, dry breadcrumbs (I use crushed Ritz crackers tossed with a tbps. or 2 of melted butter)
