Chicken Dijon

1. Place each chicken breast half between two pieces of plastic wrap
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp Table ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp chopped green onion
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 3 tbsp dry white wine
- 3 tbsp Dijon-style mustard
Oatmeal Spiced Raisin Cookies

1. Preheat oven to 350. Lined baking sheets with Parchment paper 2
- 1/2 cup unsalted Butter
- 1/2 cup butter flavored vegetable shortening
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 2 cups old fashioned oats
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1 cup raisins
Macaroni Salad with Bacon

1. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp, turning occasionally
- 1/2 pound thick bacon slices
- 12 oz elbow macaroni
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. dijon mustard. (I use Maille's old style)
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 10 oz button mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
- 1 10oz package frozen peas, thawed and drained

1. In a electric mixer,cream butter, cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 3 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- Coarse or Colored Sugar for decoration

- 7 quarts water
- 1 quart apple cider
- 3/4 cup kosher salt
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 large or 2 small carrots, diced
- 3 ribs celery, diced
- 1 head garlic, cut in 1/2 equatorially
- 1/2 bunch fresh rosemary
- 1/2 bunch fresh sage
- 6 bay leaves
- 1 (12 to 14 pound) Fresh turkey(I had plenty of brine for 23 pound Turkey)
- Herb crust:
- 1 bunch fresh rosemary, leaves finely chopped
- 1 bunch fresh sage, leaves finely chopped
- 3 sticks butter, room temperature
- Kosher salt
- Gravy:
- 1 large onion, cut into 1/2-inch dice
- 1 large or 2 small carrots, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch dice

- 1 1/2 cups sugar

- 24 large uncooked shrimp, peeled with tails intact
- 4 red bell peppers, cut into 2 inch pieces
- 4 yellow bell peppers, cut into 2 inch pieces
