Vegetable Soup-Slow Cooker

In a 3-qt. slow cooker, combine all ingredients
- 1 pound beef top round steak, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 medium onions, diced
- 3 celery ribs, sliced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 3 beef bouillon cubes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 cups water
- 1 can green beans, drained
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
Fruit Ice Cream

Blend all ingredients together
- 1 Can Condensed Milk (chilled)
- 1 Can Evaporated Milk (chilled)
- 1-4 Ounce Instant Vanilla Pudding
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1-20 Ounce Can Lite Fruit Cocktail (drained)

Mix all ingredients in a large pot and simmer for 30 minutes
- 1 lb Hamburger Meat (browned)
- 1 Can Green Beans (can use French Style)
- 1 Can Corn
- 1 Can Diced Potatoes
- 1 Can Carrots
- 2 Cans Whole Tomatoes (blended)
- 1 Small Can Tomato Sauce
- 1 Can Diced Tomatoes
- 3 Beef Boullion Cubes
- 3 Cups Water
Sour Cream Chicken

Salt and pepper the chicken pieces and brown them in a heavy skillet in the butter and oil
- 1 Fryer Chicken (cut up)
- 1 Cup Shallots or Green Onion (finely chopped)
- 1/2 Pound Mushrooms (sliced)
- 1-8 Ounce Sour Cream
- 1/2 Cup Dry White Wine or Vermouth
- 1 Stick Butter
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 1/8 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 Cup Water or Chicken Stock
- Salt
- Pepper
Creamy Grilled Chicken Piccata

Chicken Combine first 6 ingredients and mix well
- Chicken
- Juice of 1 lemon (3Tbsp)
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp basil or oregano
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Pasta
- 2 cups dried penne pasta
- 2 Tbsp butter
- Juice of 2 lemons (6 Tbsp)
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 cup half and half (or heavy cream)
- 2 tsp dried basil
- 2 Tbps capers
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls

Blend together sugar, peanut butter, butter, and flavoring
- 1-2 Lb Box Confectioners Sugar
- 2 Cups Peanut Butter
- 4 Sticks Butter or Margarine (melted)
- 3 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 Lb Block Paraffin
- 9 Ounce Bag Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- Little Milk (if needed)

In a medium sauce pan, heat butterscotch and peanut butter on low for 6 minutes or until melted
- 6 oz Butterscotch Pieces
- 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
- 3 oz Chow Mein Noodles
