Chili Beans (Moton's)

- 2 Squirts Mustard
- 1/3 Small Jar Sweet Pickle Cubes
- 1 Small Jar Diced Pimento
- 2 Boiled Eggs (diced)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Dash Paprika
Outback's Bloomin' Onion

For the seasoned flour, combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, pepper and cayenne-mix well
- 1/3 cup cornstarch
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 24 ounces beer
- 4 vidalia onions (I use walla wallas here in Calgary)

Chicken Casserole (Mama's)

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease 9x13 inch casserole dish
- 3-4 Chicken Breasts (cooked and cubed)
- 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 Package Pepperidge Farm Stuffing Mix
- 1 Stick Butter (melted)
Rotel

- 1 Lb. Sausage, browned
- 1-8 oz Package Cream Cheese
- 1 Can Rotel Tomatoes
Strawberry Butter

- 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 Cup Strawberry Preserves
- 1 Stick Butter (softened)
Taco Soup

Add all ingredients in pan and bring to a boil
- 1 lb Hamburger Meat (browned and drained)
- 1 Can Kidney Beans or Luck's Pinto Beans
- 1 Can Diced Tomatoes
- 1 Can Original Rotel
- 1 Can Yellow Corn (drained)
- 1 Can Bush's Chili Beans
- 1 Package Chili Seasoning (or Taco Seasoning)
- 1 Package Ranch Dressing Mix
- 1/2 Cup Water (or more if needed)
Chicken Spaghetti

- 8 ounces angel hair pasta
- 2 cups chopped, grilled chicken or 1 large can of chicken
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) cream of mushroom soup (98% fat free or regular)
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) cream of chicken soup (98% fat free or regular)
- 1 can (10 ounces) Rotel diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained
- 8 ounces sour cream
- Sprinkling of Parmesan or Mexican-blend cheese

In a large cast iron skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat
- 12 boneless & skinless chicken tenders
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 tsp garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup sun dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup cream
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- salt & pepper
