Hershey Bar Cake

For the cake: Mix all ingredients together
- For the cake:
- 1 pkg. Swiss chocolate or German chocolate cake mix
- 1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 3/4 cup oil
- For the icing:
- 1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 12-oz. carton Cool Whip (thawed)
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1 large Hershey bar (4.25 oz) with or without almonds, cut into small pieces.
Firecracker Casserole

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 9x13 inch casserole dish
- 2 lbs Ground Beef (browned and drained)
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 1-15 oz Can Black Beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1-2 Tbsp Chili Powder
- 1- 1 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2-3 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 4-7 inch Flour Tortillas
- 1-10 3/4 oz Can Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1-10 oz Can Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
- 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
- Sour Cream (optional)
Spaghetti Sauce (Mama's)

Mix all together in large pot and simmer for at least 1 hour
- 2 lbs Ground Beef (browned and drained)
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 1 Green Bell Pepper (chopped)
- 2-3 Celery Stalks (chopped)
- 2-15 oz Cans Tomatoes (blended)
- 1-15 oz Can Tomato Sauce
- 1-15 oz Can Diced Tomatoes
- Garlic Salt
- Chili Powder (cover top of sauce)
- 2-3 Bay Leaves
- Salt
- Pepper
Scalloped Potatoes

Preheat oven to 375°. Grease a 9x13 inch casserole dish
- 6-8 Medium Russet Potatoes (peeled and sliced)
- 1 Pint Heavy Cream
- 2 Garlic Cloves (chopped)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika
- Parmesan Cheese (grated)
Chicken and Rice

Mix all ingredients together in a large pot and simmer for 30 minutes
- 4 Chicken Breasts (cooked and cubed)
- Chicken Broth
- 2 Cups Rice (cooked)
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup (could use Cream of Mushroom Soup)
Hot Apple Punch

Combine water, juice, tang, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a large sauce pan
- 1 1/2 Quart Water
- 1 1/2 Quart Apple Juice
- 7 Ounce Tang
- 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 Tsp Nutmeg
- 1 Orange (cut into wedges)
- Whole Clove
Macaroni and Cheese (Baked)

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a casserole dish
- 1 Box Elbow Macaroni (cooked and drained)
- 1 Block Velveeta Cheese (diced)
- 1 Block Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
- 2-3 Eggs
- Milk

Chocolate Chip Cookies

Preheat oven to 300°. Mix all ingredients together and drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet
- 2 Sticks Butter or Margarine (softened)
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Light Brown Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 2 Cups Plain Flour
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
Hot Tea

- 2 Quarts Water (split)
- 3 Large Tea Bags
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
- 1 Large Grapefruit Juice
- 1 Large Pineapple Juice
- 1 Large Orange Juice

- Ritz Crackers (crushed)
- 1/4 Cup Almonds
