K's Slow Cooker Ham & Bean Soup

Place dried beans in large bowl, cover with several inches of cool water, soak overnight
- 1 (15.5 oz) pkg of dried Slow Cooker Bacon & Beans
- 3 -1/2 cups cubed fully cooked ham
- 5 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 large carrots, sliced
- 3 stalks of celery, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1-1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 bay leaf
- Packet of seasoning from Bacon & Beans package
- 5-6 drops Maggi's Seasoning (optional)
- 2/3 cup ditalini pasta
Jamaican Jerk Chicken

Preheat oven to 400. Cover a baking sheet with foil and spray with Pam
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 3 T. soy sauce
- 2 T. Pickapeppa Sauce
- 1 T. Jamaican Jerk seasoning
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 8 chicken drumsticks (or 4-5 thighs)
