Smothered Chicken

Roll chicken in a mixture of the matzo meal, salt, pepper and garlic powder
- 4-5 pound chicken; cut up
- 1/2 cup matzo meal
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup peanut oil
- 1 large onion; sliced
- 3 stalks celery; chopped
- 1 large carrot; diced
- 1 cup mushroom; sliced
- 10-1/2 ounces condensed clear chicken soup; undiluted
Baked Mostaccioli

Cook mostaccioli until al dente in boiling salted water
- 1 cup mostaccioli pasta; uncooked
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 2 Italian Sausages; removed from casings
- 2 tablespoon onion; chopped
- 2 tablespoon green pepper; chopped
- 1 clove garlic; minced
- 1 cup canned tomatoes; diced
- 3 ounces Tomato paste
- 1/2 cup Water
- 2 tablespoon dried basil leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- dash sugar
- dash black pepper
- 1 egg; slightly beaten
- 8 ounces ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese; shredded
- 1/4 cup romano cheese

- 4 large sweet potatoes or yams (about 5 cup; piiled, 3/4 inch cubes

- 2 cup dry red wine
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 2 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoon Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1-1/2 tablespoon all purpose flour; mixed with 3 tablespoons
Maple-Mustard Glazed Salmon
