One of Mom's Favs!! This pie makes its own crust when baking

  • CRUST :
  • 3/4 c flour
  • 1 t baking powder
  • 1 vanilla pudding
  • 1/2 c milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 3 T butter
  • 15 oz. can sliced peaches (drain and reserve juice)
  • NOTE: If you're using fresh peaches, cut them up and sugar them before using in pie. About 2 cups of sliced peaches are needed. Let them sit for a while to form the juice, then drain and reserve the juice.
  • FILLING:
  • 2 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 T juice from peaches
  • 1 c sugar.
  • TOPPING:
  • 1 T sugar
  • 1/2 t cinnamon
