- 1/3-1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

- 1 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda

- 1 cup frozen corn, thawed
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1 can (4 oz) chopped green chilies, drained
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup minced fresh cilantro, divided
- 6 (8 inches) tortillas
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce

Chicken Cacciatore

Put chicken in a flame-proof casserole with butter, Olive Oil and onion
- 1 chicken, cut into pieces
- 2 tbs butter
- 3 tbs olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 6 tomatoes, seeded, peeled and chopped
- 1 carrot, chopped
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
- 1/2 cup Italian flat leaf parsley, chopped
- 2/3 cup chicken stock
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Potato Gratin with White Cheddar Cheese

Preheat oven to 375°. Butter 13x9x2- inch glass baking dish
- 2 1/2 cups whipping cream
- 3/4 cup finely chopped shallots
- 2 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 2 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 4 lbs russet potatoes, peeled, cut into 1/4-inch-thick rounds
- 2 cups (packed) grated sharp white cheddar cheese (about 8 ounces)
Easy & Elegant Tenderloin Roast

- 1 beef tenderloin roast (5 pounds)

- 4 garlic cloves, minced

- 1 1/2 tsp dried oregano

- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 ( 2lb) flank steak, trimmed and cut crosswise against grain into 4 equal pieces

- 1 cup good mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Greek-style yogurt
- 1/2 cup buttermilk, shaken
Almond Crunch Chicken Salad (Laura B's)

- Filling:
- 15 oz Pie Crust
- 1 tsp flour
- 3 cups cubed, cooked chicken
- 1 1/2 cups green or red grapes, cut in half
- 1/2 cup shredded carrot
- 1/2 cup sliced celery
- 1 1/4 cups mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- Garnish with shredded red cabbage, shredded carrot, lettuce, parsley or as desired
