- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 1/2 tbsp flour
- 2 cups milk or half & half
- 6 oz shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cups shredded Swiss cheese or Mozzarella
- 3/4 cups frozen peas, thawed
- 1/2 tsp pepper

- 4 lbs Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, and quartered
