- 14 Oz can condensed milk
- 1/2 cup key lime juice
- Pie crust
- 1/8 t cream of tartar
- 1/4 cup plus 2 T sugar
Irish Soda Bread

Preheat the oven to 375. Grease and flour a 9 inch cake pan
- 4 cups flour 1 stick butter
- 1 cup sugar 1 ½ cups dark raisins
- 1 tsp. salt 1 ½ cup buttermilk
- 1 tsp. baking powder 3 eggs, unbeaten
- 1 tsp. baking soda
Buffalo Chicken Strips

Healthier version from the oven, not fryer
- 1/4 cup buffalo wing hot sauce
- 1 1/4 cups Progresso® plain panko crispy bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut crosswise into 24 (1/2-inch-thick) strips
- Blue cheese dressing, if desired
- Celery sticks, if desired
Cinnamon Pudding Cake

- 1 3/4 C Brown Sugar
- 1 1/2 C Cold Water
- 2 T Butter
- 2 C Flour
- 2 t Baking Powder
- 1/2 t Salt
- 2 1/2 t Cinnamon

- 1 C Milk
- 1/2 C Nuts (optional)
Creamy Deviled Eggs

Slice eggs in half lengthwise; remove yolks and set yolks and whites aside
- 36 hard cooked eggs
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 1/2 C mayonnaise
- 1/3 C Dijon mustard
- 3/4 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- Paprika and parsley garnish
Butter Baked Rice

1.Melt butter in skillet. Add rice and cook over medium heat until butter is absorbed
- 2 C Long grain Rice
- 2/3 C Butter
- 1/4 t Garlic Salt
- 2 cans Chicken Broth
- 4 T Parsley, snipped
- 1/2 C Toasted Slivered Almonds (opt.)
Herb Roasted Cod

- 8 ounces boneless fish fillet, such as snapper or cod
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon good olive oil
- 1 large sprig fresh thyme
- 2 Ceregnola or other large green olives with pits

Kentucky Hot Brown

1. Melt butter and add flour, stirring with a whisk or spoon to make a thick roux
- 1/2 cup butter
- Slices of roast turkey
- 1/2 cup flour
- 8 to 12 slices toast (trimmed of crusts)
- 3 to 3 1/2 cups milk
- 1 beaten egg
- 8 to 12 slices cooked bacon
- 6 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons whipped cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
White Chocolate Bread Pudding with Whisky Sauce

For the sauce: Combine cream, whisky, and sugar in a heavy small saucepan
- 1 ½ cups whipping cream 1 cup sugar
- ¾ cup Irish whisky 6 eggs
- 9 T. sugar 2 large egg yolks
- ½ vanilla bean, split lengthwise 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 T. cold water 8oz, day-old French bread (11 cups)
- ¾ tsp. cornstarch 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 cups whole milk 3 oz. white chocolate chips
Pineapple Horseradish Dip
