- 4 Boneless Chicken Breast
- 1 T Butter per breast, frozen
- 1 Garlic clover per breast
- 1-2 C Dry bread crumbs
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 1 Small bunch parsley, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Quick Marinara Sauce

- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano seasonings
- 7 cups whole, peeled, canned tomatoes in puree (about 2 (28-ounce cans), roughly chopped
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt

Crunchy Chicken Tenders

Preheat the oven to 500 degrees F
- 4 tablespoons
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 1/2 pounds chicken tenders, about 18
- 3 large garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1/4 cups freshly grated Parmesan

- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
- 6 to 7 cups all-purpose flour

- 2 tablespoons water
