Mostacolli/Ziti Pasta Dish

Preheat oven to 350 Cook pasta to package directions Brown ground meat with the onion and garlic, then drain
- 1 pkg (16 oz) uncooked mostaccioli or ziti
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 3 cloves garlic, pressed
- 2 tsp italian seasoning
- 1 jar (48 oz) spaghetti sauce
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 egg
- 1 container (15 oz) part skim ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1/4 c snipped fresh parsley
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 c grated fresh parmesan cheese, divided
- Additional snipped fresh parsley
White Chocolate Cinnamon Pretzels

sweet and salty treat
- 1 bag of pretzels (16-18 oz) I used the thatch ones because they would catch more chocolate
- 2/3 cup oil
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup cinnamon sugar for sprinkling
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Deviled Eggs

Mix and stuff eggs
- 6 boiled eggs
- To egg yolk, add: ¼ C. mayo or salad dressing, 1 tsp prepared mustard, 1 tsp vinegar, salt and pepper.
Golden Chicken with Rice

In a large bowl combine rice, seasoning mix, soups and water
- 6 0z long grain and wild rice (Uncle Ben's original)
- 1 can cream of mushroom
- 1 can cream of chicken (or celery)
- 1 1/2 C. water
- 4-5 chicken breasts (recipe calls for chicken leg quarters, but we only buy breasts)
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
Garden Dip

Chill 2 hours. Serve with crackers, French bread, etc
- Mix together and add:
- 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
- 1/2 ½ C. sour cream
- 1 C. sour cream
- 1/3 C. green onion, just stem
- 1/4 ¼ C. chopped roasted red pepper
- 1 C. chopped cucumber, seeded
Buttermilk Cookies

- 1/2 ½ C. butter
- 1/2 ½ tsp. salt
- 1 C. sugar
- 1/2 ½ tsp. soda
- 1 egg
- 2 1/2 2 ½ C. Flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 ½ C. buttermilk
Bugle Snack Mix-Laura's

Mix all together. Bake at 250 for 1 hours, stirring every 10-15 minutes
- 2 bags Bugles
- 1 bag Ritz chips
- 1 box Ritz bits w/cheese
- 1 bag goldfish
- 1 bag goldfish-pretzel
- 1 can nuts (optional)
- 1 pkg. dry hidden valley ranch dressing
- 1 bottle orville reddenbacker oil
Potato Soup II

- 5 lb. potatoes
- 1 stick butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 10 chicken bullion cubes
- parsley
- basil leaves
- salt and pepper
- 1 can evaporated milk
Cheeseburger Soup

In a 3-qt. saucepan, brown beef; drain and set aside
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 3/4 cup shredded carrots
- 3/4 cup diced celery
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- 4 tablespoons butter, divided
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 4 cups diced peeled potatoes (1-3/4 pounds)
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups (8 ounces) process cheese (Velveeta), cubed
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Chicken-Grilled Island
