Peppermint Fudge

Melt chips and milk on medium
- 2 12oz bags of vanilla or white chips
- 1 small can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 t. peppermint flavoring
- dash red food coloring or green
- crushed candy canes (1- 1 1/2 c)
Steak Soup-Plaza III copycat

Melt butter in stock pot. Blend in flour to make a smooth paste
- 1/2 C. butter
- 1/2 C flour
- 8 C. hot water
- 2 lbs. ground sirloin
- 2 T. beef boullion granules
- 1 C. onions, chopped
- 1 C. carrots, diced
- 1 C. celery, sliced
- 2 C. frozen mixed vegetables
- 28 oz. canned tomatoes, diced
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 T. Accent (optional)
Seafood Lasagna

- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 tablespoons plus 1/2 cup butter, divided
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 bottle (8 ounces) clam juice
- 1 pound bay scallops
- 1 pound uncooked small shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 package (8 ounces) imitation crabmeat, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper, divided
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1-1/2 cups 2% milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
- 9 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
BBQ Sauce (Cade's)

- 2 1/2 lbs. brown sugar (8 1/4 cups)
- 2 T. cayenne pepper
- 4 T. chili powder
- 3 1/2 bottles Liquid Smoke
- 2 T. Louisiana Hot Sauce
- 3 T. HIckory Salt (1 1/2 Tones Spices)
- 1 T. dry mustard
- 1 stick butter, MELTED
- 1/2 C. molasses
- 1 T. onion powder
- 1 gallon ketchup

Cream sugars and shortening together; stir in eggs and hot water; add dry ingredients and stir until combined; gent
- 1 1/2 c white sugar
- 1 1/2 c brown sugar
- 3/4 c shortening (we used butter flavor crisco)
- 3/4 c butter
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 Tbs vanilla
- 5 Tbsp. hot water
- 5 1/4 c flour
- 1/2 Tbs salt
- 1/2 Tbs baking soda
- 1 cup mini m&m's and 1 cup mini choc. chips
Lasagna Roll Ups

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Coat a 11x7x2 pan with non-stick spray
- 8 Curly regular lasagna noodles (not no-boil)
- 1 container (15 oz.) ricotta cheese
- 1/2 ½ C. loosely packed fresh basil leaves or 2 tsp. dried basil
- 1/4 ¼ tsp. salt
- 1/4 ¼ tsp. black pepper
- 1 egg
- 2 C. shredded Italian-blend cheese
- 2 T. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 1 ½ C. meat pasta sauce

- 1 C. sour cream
- 1 1/2 C. flour
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

- Topping: 1/4 C. sugar, 2 tsp cinnamon, 2 Tbsp. pecans.
