Homemade Beef Stew

Prep Remove stems; chop thyme leaves
- 2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves (finely chopped)
- 3 large onions
- 3 ribs celery
- 8 oz whole baby portabella mushrooms
- 1 lb red potatoes
- 1 lb beef cut for stew
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup dry sherry (or water)
- 2 cups fresh pre-sliced carrots
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 (32-oz) box beef stock
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

BEAT cream cheese in large bowl with mixer until creamy
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 3 cups cold milk
- 2 pkg. (3.4 oz. each) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
- 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
- 48 NILLA Wafers
- 1/2 cup brewed strong MAXWELL HOUSE Coffee, cooled
- 2 squares BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, coarsely grated
- 1 cup fresh raspberries

1. Season chicken on all sides with adobo
- 1 chicken (about 3 lbs.), cut into pieces
- GOYA® Adobo All-Purpose Seasoning with Pepper, to taste
- 3 tbsp. GOYA® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 green bell pepper, very finely chopped (about 1/2 cup)
- 1 medium yellow onion, very finely chopped
- 2 oz. smoked ham, cut into 1/2” cubes
- 1 tbsp.. GOYA® Minced Garlic or 2 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tsp. GOYA® Whole Oregano
- 1 packet Sazón GOYA® with Coriander and Annatto
- 2 packets Sazon GOYA without Annatto
- 1 GOYA® Chicken Bouillon
- 1 can (8 oz.) GOYA® Tomato Sauce
- 1 1/2 cup GOYA® Medium Grain Rice
- 4 GOYA® Manzanilla Olives Stuffed with Minced Pimientos, sliced
- 1 jar (4 oz.) GOYA® Fancy Sliced Pimientos, drained
- 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh cilantro
