Honey Bun Cake

Mix cake mix, oil, eggs, and sour cream by hand, about 50 strokes
- 1 yellow cake mix 1 cup brown sugar 2 cups powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup oil 1 Tablespoon cinnamon 4 Tablespoons milk
- 4 eggs 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
- 8 oz sour cream

Caramel Apple Cheesecake

Peel apples, and cut into 1/2 inch wedges
- 2 3/4 lb Granny Smith apples (6 apples)
- 1 2/3 cups firmly packed light brown sugar, divided
- 1 TBSP butter
- 2 cups cinnamon graham cracker crumbs (about 15 whole crackers)
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
- 3 8 oz packages cream cheese softened
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup apple jelly
- sweetened whip cream

This long-forgotten gem of a cleaning agent may be used with a little water or vinegar to lift even the most stubbo...
- Use a few tablespoons of cream of tartar with hot water or hydrogen peroxide and clean any aluminum pans which have discoloration or any rusty drains, pans, or stains.
- Do you have copper kettles? Mix some cream of tarter with lemon juice and rub the copper with it. Rinse and be amazed!
- How about a porcelain sink, tub, commode? Rub the porcelain surfaces with cream of tartar and watch the stains disappear.
- to stains? No prob. Mix a few teaspoons of cream of tartar with some glycerin and use like spray-and-wash. The results? Well, I’m here to tell you that this stuff cured the ring around Joshua’s shirt collars.

Pampered Chef Ham 'N Eggs Brunch Braid

Place cream cheese and milk in container and microwave 1-2 minutes - whisk together until smooth
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 8 eggs, divided
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons sliced green onions w/tops
- 1 tsp. butter
- 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1/4 lb. thinly sliced deli ham
- 2 oz. shredded cheddar cheese (1/2 cup)
Italian Wedding Soup whole 30

Make meatballs. Preheat oven to 350
- Meatballs
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 Tbsp cassava flour
- 2 tbsp EVOO
- 2 tsp each garlic powder and oregano
- 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- SOUP
- 2 Tbsp EVOO
- 1 yellow onion, chopped
- 3 large carrots, chopped
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 1/2 tsp sea salt + tasting
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 7 cups chicken bone broth
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 large head escarole, chopped
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Chopped parley optional
Chocolate Pear Pouches

1. Peel the pears and, using a melon baller or paring knife, core from the bottom, leaving the stems intact
- 2 small Bosc pears
- 1 cup port or red wine
- 1/4 cup sugar, plus more for sprinkling
- 2 tablespoons dried cherries
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 cardamom pods
- 2 ounces semisweet chocolate chunks or chips
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
- Pinch of salt
- 3 sheet frozen phyllo dough, thawed
Vegetable Gumbo

1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium-high heat
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 3 gloves garlic, chopped
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (preferably hot)
- 2 cups low-sodium vegetable broth
- 1 pound kale or Swiss chard, stemmed and chopped
- 1 10-ounce package frozen black-eyed peas
- Brown rice, for serving (optional)

- 6 C apricots-halved (about 1/1/2 lbs.);
- 1/2 ½ C granulated sugar;
- 1 pkg (3 oz) peach Jell-0;
- 1 pkg (9 oz.) yellow cake mix (Jiffy);
- 2 t powdered sugar;
- whipped topping, optional.

- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 300 ml/12/ pt. chicken stock
- 4 tbsp. fine-cut marmalade
- 1 tsp. fresh thyme leaves, or 1/2 tsp. dried

Pre-heat oven to 425° F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper, foil or a cookie sheet
- For The Crust
- 1 package (20 oz) Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns (any variety)
- 2 small eggs (or 1 large egg)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 4-5 eggs
- 1 cup mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers (or sausage, bacon)
