- 3/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 3/4 cup sour cream, preferably reduced-fat
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 small red cabbage (about 1 1/2 pounds), halved, cored and finely shredded
- 1 small jalapeño, seeded and finely diced (or leave some of the seeds for extra heat)
- 2 scallions, thinly sliced
- 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded, skin and bones discarded or saved
- 6-12 (8-inch) warm flour tortillas, for serving
Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 9-ounce package artichoke hearts (not marinated)
- 1 cup steamed spinach (1 pound raw or 1 10 ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed) well drained
- 1/2 ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves
- 6 large fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 ¼ cup mozzarella cheese

Make cuts on the chicken chunks
- 800 grams of boneless 1” chicken chunks
- 1 cup yogurt well beaten
- 1 teaspoon each of hot spice mix (garam masala), cumin and red chili powders
- 4 whole red chilies made into a paste with a little water
- 1 tablespoon each of ginger and garlic pastes
- 1 tablespoon dried fenugreek leaves
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Butter for basting
- Salt to taste.
- Finely cut onion rings, lemon wedges, and finely chopped coriander leaves for garnishing.
