Evan's Rib Recipe (Evan Tite)

pack (slabs) of Baby Back Ribs from Costco cut in half, boil in large pan for at least 1 hr or a bit longer
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 1/2 cup of maple syrup
- 1 can of beer or soda your choice
- 2 tablespoons of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of pepper
- 1 bottle of Sweet Baby Rays or whatever your choice of BBQ sauce
- 3 pack (slabs) of Baby Back Ribs
Bowtie Pasta Salad With Chicken, Grapes and Peas (Chelsea Tite)

Cook the pasta according to package directions
- 1 (12-ounce) box bowtie-shaped pasta
- 1 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon country Dijon mustard (see Note)
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 cups cooked chicken cubes (about 6 ounces)
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
- 1 cup frozen green peas, rinsed under cool water and drained
- 1 cup red grapes, sliced in half

- 3 cups whole milk
- 1/3 stick butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
