BARBEQUE SAUCE ( Randy Tite )

Add all ingrediants in large stock pot
- 1 ) 1 gallon ketchup
- 2 ) 1 pint corn syrup (light)
- 3 ) 3 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 4 ) 2 cups sugar
- 5 ) 3 cups cider vinegar
- 6 ) 3 tablespoons salt
- 7 ) 1/8 cup red cayenne pepper
- 8 ) 1/8 cup black pepper
- 9 ) 1 can beer
Macaroni and Tomatoes (Maxine Tite)

Boil macaroni until done. Drain about 1/2 of the water
- 2 cups macaroni
- 1 large can of diced tomatoes
- salt and pepper to taste
Cheesy Spaghetti Squash (Chris Stotts)

PIERCE squash several times with fork or sharp knife to allow steam to escape
- 1 large spaghetti squash (3 lb.)
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Reduced Fat Parmesan Style Grated Topping
- 1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 plum tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Hawaiian Wedding Cake (Larry Tite Gayla Dunn)

Bake cake as directed in a 9 x 13 cake pan
- 1 yellow or white cake mix
- 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding (3 oz)
- 1 8oz. cool whip
- 1 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup coconut
Hershey's Chocolate Cake (Sherry McNeal)

CAKE 1.Heat oven to 350 F
- CAKE
- 2 cups white sugar
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup HERSHEY®'S Cocoa Powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk (can substitute evaporated milk)
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup boiling water (can substitute coffee)
- FROSTING
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2/3 cup HERSHEY®'S Cocoa Powder
- 3 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Coconut Cream Pie (Kathy Little)

Combine sugar, flour and slat in a sauce pan
- 1 9 inch pie shell, baked
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup plus 1 TBSP flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 cups milk
- 3 eggs, separated
- 2 TBSP butter
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups flaked coconut, divided

First wash and sterilize your fruit jars
- 1 ) 30 tomatoes, peeled
- 2 ) 6 onions, chopped
- 3 ) 3 cups sugar
- 4 ) 1 pint white vinegar
- 5 ) 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 6 ) 1 teaspoon cloves, chopped
- 7 ) salt and pepper to taste
- 8 ) 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 9 ) 1 1/2 chopped green pepper
VELVEETA Cheeseburger Mac (Nick Kikalos)

BROWN meat in large skillet; drain
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2-3/4 cups water
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
PEACH COBBLER ( Kirk Tite )

- Cobbler:
- 1 ) 1 large can peaches, drained
- 2 ) 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 ) 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 4 ) 1/8 teaspoon salt
- Grease a 9 inch square baking dish. In small bowl, mix peaches, sugar, cornstarch and salt. Gently stir to coat. Pour into baking dish.
CHOP SUEY CAKE ( Melissa Tite)

- CAKE:
- 1 ) 2 cups flour
- 2 ) 2 cups sugar
- 3 ) 1 cup chopped pecans
- 4 ) 2 eggs
- 5 ) 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 6 ) 1/2 cup raisins
- 7 ) 1 large (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
- Mix flour, sugar, pecans, eggs, pineapple, baking soda, and raisins together. Pour into floured and greased oblong cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
