  • 1 ) 1 large can peaches, drained

  • Grease a 9 inch square baking dish. In small bowl, mix peaches, sugar, cornstarch and salt. Gently stir to coat. Pour into baking dish.

  • CAKE:
  • 1 ) 2 cups flour
  • 2 ) 2 cups sugar
  • 3 ) 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 4 ) 2 eggs
  • 5 ) 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 6 ) 1/2 cup raisins
  • 7 ) 1 large (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
  • Mix flour, sugar, pecans, eggs, pineapple, baking soda, and raisins together. Pour into floured and greased oblong cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
